1. Subscription Refunds

  • Afrigop Entertainment TV subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
  • In cases where you are unable to access our service due to technical issues caused by Afrigop Entertainment TV, you may be eligible for a credit on your account.

2. Partial Refunds

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription or for downgrades during the billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Afrigop Entertainment TV. Any requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

4. Third-Party Payments

If you subscribed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe), you will need to contact them directly for any refund inquiries as Afrigop Entertainment TV cannot process refunds for third-party transactions.
